Service Rules for Let's change!

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement sets the terms and conditions for the provision of exchange services via the Let's change service.

1.2. The Let's change service, as referred to in this Agreement, is an online resource for exchanging virtual currencies, available at https://letschange.biz/

1.3. Users are individuals and legal entities that have agreed to cooperate with the Let's change service.

1.4. When referred to jointly, the User and Let's change service are referred to as the Parties.

1.5. The Parties acknowledge that this electronic Agreement has the legal force equivalent to a written contract and is aimed at regulating their relationships in the process of providing and receiving exchange services.

1.6. This Agreement is a public offer, acceptance of which is carried out by the User submitting an application for services through the website https://letschange.biz/

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The subject of this Agreement is the services provided by the Let's change service, the description of which is set forth on the official website of Let's change.

2.2. The Let's change service provides its services to all Users without verifying their authority to manage the funds and without supervising the User's transactions within any Payment systems. Payment systems and/or financial institutions bear sole responsibility for the funds entrusted to them by the User. The Let's change service cannot be a party to the agreement between the Payment system and/or financial institution and the User, and in no way bears responsibility for the improper or unauthorized use of the Payment system's features by the User, nor for the abuse of the Payment system's functionality by the User. The mutual rights and obligations of the User and the Payment system and/or financial institution are governed by the relevant agreements.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. The Let's change service has the right to suspend or cancel an operation if information is received from authorized bodies about the illegality of the User's possession of funds and/or other information preventing the provision of services to the User.

3.2. The Let's change service has the right to suspend the operation, refuse a refund, or cancel the operation in case of violation of the terms of this Agreement by the User.

3.3. The Let's change service has the right to cancel the operation in progress and return the title signs submitted by the User without explanation.

3.4. By making an exchange with or without registration, the User confirms their agreement with these Rules, as well as the terms of the Agreement, confirms that they are 18 years old, that the laws of their country of residence permit the use of the Let's change service, and that they have no intention to engage in illegal activities using the Let's change service.

3.5. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the User guarantees the lawful ownership of funds and/or cryptocurrency.

3.6. By accepting this Agreement, the User confirms their understanding of the operation of the Let's change service and assumes full responsibility for all risks and losses associated with its use.

3.7. By accepting this Agreement, the User gives consent to the processing of their personal data and the transfer of the provided payment details for the purpose of making payments to the service's partners and acquiring companies.

3.8. Let's Change commits to maintaining the confidentiality of the User's personal data, except in cases outlined in Clause 3.7 of this Agreement, or when data transfer is required by authorized bodies for the purpose of conducting criminal investigations, in accordance with applicable law.

4. Exchange Operations

4.1. Questions and claims regarding applications are accepted within 24 hours from the time they are submitted. After this period, exchange applications are considered to be properly completed or unpaid, depending on their status at the end of this period.

4.2. The Let's change service does not fix the exchange rate at the time of application creation; the rate is recalculated in accordance with market changes. The rate is fixed only when the User's funds are credited to the Let's change service account. Funds are considered received after they are actually credited to the Let's change service account or after the transaction reaches the required number of confirmations. The rate fixes for 24 hours.

4.3. Applications requiring operator involvement are processed 24/7.

4.4. In cases where the User sends 10-100 times less cryptocurrency than specified in the application (e.g., 0.1 BTC is stated in the application, but 0.01 BTC is sent), the application will be paid out with a deduction of 10% of the amount actually received as a recalculation fee.

4.5. Applications paid via QR code, Cash-in, and NFC are rounded down to the nearest thousandth.

4.6. In the case of application cancellation by the User after the transfer has been made, a 5% fee will be deducted from the amount.

4.7. The User is obligated to pay for the application within one hour.

4.8. If it is impossible to make a payment by the method specified in the application for any reason, the Let's change service reserves the right to offer an alternative payment method or return the funds after deducting withdrawal fees, conversion fees, and any exchange rate differences.

4.9. The Let's change service undertakes to complete the User's application within 24 hours.

4.10. In the event of force majeure, the application processing time may be extended. The Let's change service is not responsible for delays caused by such circumstances.

4.11 The Service reserves the right to split the transfer of funds for an Order into multiple transactions, the number of which may vary from 1 to 5. The minimum amount for a single transfer is 1,000 RUB; however, in exceptional cases, this amount may be reduced to 10 RUB to complete the order. By creating an order, the User automatically agrees to confirm each transaction. In the absence of confirmation of receipt of funds from the User, the Service reserves the right to request additional documents (such as photos, videos, bank statements, or other proofs). Funds can only be transferred if the User has access to their personal online banking account; transfers to third parties are strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer

5.1. The Let's change service reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement.

5.2. The Let's change service reserves the right to refuse the processing of an application without explanation.
